Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

This recipe came from my friend, Kim. They are always served at a fundraiser we all attend.

Fill a 9x13 baking dish with sliced potatoes (she used a whole bag) I might also try using canned sliced potatoes.

Sauce ingredients:
  • Brick of Velveeta cheese
  • 1 container of sour cream
  • Milk
  • Shredded cheddar

Directions:
Melt the Velveeta cheese and add some milk (she used about a cup). Then add the sour cream. The sauce should be the consistency that can be poured over the potatoes.

Bake them at 375 for an hour COVERED and then top with shredded cheese and bake an additional 20 minutes uncovered.
